Digestive Disorders
Most commonly known as a remedy for digestive disorders, peppermint has the ability to sooth indigestion, gas, nausea and diarrhea: Take 1-2 drops by mouth as needed

Move the Bowels
Constipated? If you're in a lot of pain put 1 drop of Di-Gize into a small glass of water and drink, this should produce a movement with in 1-2 hours. For a gentle reaction apply 4-6 drops of Di-Gize to the bottom of the feet 1-2 times a day. If you do not get the reaction you need please email me. Relax with Lavender
Lavender has a calming effect which aids in relaxation and the reduction of anxiety. It has been widely used in hospitals through out France to promote sleep and relaxation. Apply 4-6 drops to the bottoms of the feet. *

Restrain your Appetite
Did you know that in the time of Julius Caesar, Roman soldiers carried fennel seeds in their pouches to chew until they could prep a meal at their next stopping place? Apply 4-6 drops of Fennel to the feet daily for an overindulgent appetite. *

Pain & Inflammation
The blend Pan Away has been formulated to reduce pain and inflammation. It has been used for the discomfort of arthritis, sprains, muscle spasms, cramps, and bruises. Apply to affected area; possible dilution may be required: 1 part essential oil to 1 part vegetable oil. *

Empower Yourself
Valor is a blend for empowerment. Valor was formulated to build courage, confidence and self-esteem. Diffuse in home or office. Apply 6 drops to bottoms of feet. *

Diminish signs of Aging
Frankincense for skin care, especially aging skin and scars it rejuvenates and tones while softening wrinkles and stretch marks. Put 1-2 drops in the palm of your hand and dab on area affected. I do this often!!! *

Stress, Allergies and Upset Stomach
Roman Chamomile has had a medical reputation in Europe, especially the Mediterranean region, for over 2,000 years. It is currently listed in the British Herbal Pharmacopoeia for the treatment of dyspepsia, nausea, anorexia, vomiting in pregnancy, dysmenorrheal and specifically flatulent dyspepsia associated with mental stress. Roman Chamomile stimulates the secretion of endorphins, thereby indirectly reducing these physical and mental symptoms. Also use for allergies. Apply 4-6 drops to the feet daily. *
